The conservation year in terms of our working parties has a familiar ring to it but its always good to work in new places as well as to return to old favourites. We will shortly be back at Rydal Hall, Holker Estates have a job for us and also the Morecambe Bay Partnership. All tasks that need doing before spring.
Walling can be a year round activity but bracken can only be bashed when its ready!
Before we know it, Himalayan balsam will be waving tantalisingly in front of us.
