“Friends of the Lake District” Fell Care Day at Glenridding. Booking essential as transport limited.
12th July & 13th July
Planting wild flowers at Heron Hill School and on Aikrigg, and clearing Himalayan Balsam in the Heron Hill Open Space.
19th July
Clearing Himalayan Balsam in the Rothay Valley. No minibus, so transport will either be private cars or the service bus. Bring your bus-pass if you have one! (Still meeting at DKW at 9am as usual.)
20th July
Clearing Himalayan Balsam, either on the golf course or in the Heron Hill Open Space.
26th July
Clearing Himalayan Balsam at Pelter Bridge. No minibus, so transport will either be private cars or the service bus. Bring your bus-pass if you have one! (Still meeting at DKW at 9am as usual.)
27th July
Maintenance at Dog Kennel Wood.
